Case assessment in six questions

Answer six short questions and see how complex your case is, how it is usually approached and what you need to prepare.

What the case assessment shows

Before contacting a private investigator, most people wonder how complex their case is and how long it will take. The case assessment answers in general terms, based on six factors that genuinely shape any investigation: the type of case, its scope, the location, what you already know, how urgent it is and whether the evidence is meant for court.

It does not give a price. Every case is different, and the cost is set only after the details have been discussed, with a written estimate before work begins.

The tool also shows the typical approach for your type of case, the usual phases, what you will receive at the end and what information it helps to have ready before the first conversation.

The factors that matter

  • Scope: one person or one place needs less planning than an organisation with many parties involved.
  • Location: work outside Attica or abroad requires coordination with collaborators.
  • Available information: the more you already know, the more focused the investigation can be.
  • Court: when findings will be submitted, documentation must be more thorough and strictly lawful, since unlawfully obtained evidence is inadmissible (Art. 19§3 of the Greek Constitution).

How to use the result

Use the result to organise your thoughts and gather whatever information you have. If you are unsure which service fits, the case wizard guides you step by step, and all services are described on the investigation services page.

Next steps

When you are ready, send a confidential message or book an appointment. The first conversation is free and without obligation, and you will receive a clear plan and a written cost estimate.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does the assessment include a cost?

No. The tool gives a general picture of complexity and timing. Cost is always tailored to your case and is given to you in writing, before work starts, once we have discussed the details.

How reliable is the indicative timeframe?

It is a general direction based on similar cases. The actual time depends on people's movements, the information available and unforeseen factors, so it is confirmed in the written plan.

Can you take on a case outside Athens or abroad?

Yes. The office works throughout Greece and abroad through a network of collaborators. Distance mainly affects planning and timing.

What happens after the assessment?

You can request a confidential, free conversation. We will discuss your goals and what is lawfully achievable, and you will receive a written plan with a cost estimate, with no obligation.
